They have 40 grams of protein and just 5 grams of carbs (3 grams of net carbs), making for a quick and easy lunch that will keep you satisfied for hours.
The salmon also provides around 1 gram of omega-3 fatty acids, meeting the daily recommended intake for heart health, brain health, and reducing inflammation (so you can skip your omega-3 supplement on the days you have this meal).
This recipe works just as well with tuna or chicken and can easily be customized with different spice combinations.
