Welcome to Longevity Living!
I’m Katelin, a Registered Dietitian with a functional approach to nutrition, and author of the cookbook Recipes For Longevity. I love to dive deep into the research to help you optimize your health so you can live your longest, disease-free life.
My definition of longevity is when your lifespan and your health-span are aligned. It’s not solely about reaching 90-100 years old, but reaching this number in a state of good health, free of disease, and with energy and vitality so that you can enjoy your life and continue to do the things that you love. This is what my grandma showed me is possible, along with countless other individuals that I’ve encountered over the years, and it’s what I know is possible for you, too.
Here at Longevity Living, I’m committed to bringing you research and recipes to help you live and age well. The internet is filled with so much noise and controversy around health, and my goal is to simplify this information so that you can apply it to your life and experience the optimal health that you deserve.
Who Is Longevity Living For?
Longevity living is for those who are truly committed to optimizing their health, who aspire to live their longest disease-free lives, and who value learning, growing, and improving. It’s for those who are always looking for ways to better their health and life as a whole.
Majority of my audience is women over 50 who deeply desire to preserve their cognitive function and reduce their risk of disease down the road, and who want to experience more love, joy, peace, and freedom for as long as possible (which are taken away from us when we develop disease(s) and/or memory loss).
